Reset a password: a menu action, shown once PotionUI is installed, asks for a username and a new password twice and runs the app's reset script on the install's database; an empty username resets the owner account and the terminal shows which username to sign in with

The Windows Playwright job that restores a cached venv no longer asks setup-python to cache pip, whose post step failed the job when the venv hit and pip never ran
