Wan2GP now supported on Macs

This is a short but mighty update. Since 12th of May Wan2GP officially supports Macs.

I implemented it in my unified installer. So if you are on Mac and want to generate videos, images and use TTS Engines, all in one single app, Wan2GP might be the solution.
Please note that not all models are supported on Mac.
Macs can't compute int8 and FP8. Therefore in wan2gp you need to click Configuration at the top and then Performance. On that page select FP16 instead of int8 and FP8. Save the configuration at the bottom and restart wan2gp.
