unable to install Qwen-Image-Edit add-on
Steps to reproduce
After uploading an image, Phosphene complains that the Qwen-Image-Edit add-on isn't installed. When I try to click the "Install Qwen-Image-Edit" button, the mouse pointer turns into a question mark. Nothing is downloaded.
