facing major performance issues

I am facing major performance issues following the latest update. Before the update, "LTX-2.3 Distilled 1.1 22B" was running smoothly on a system with 32GB RAM and 12GB VRAM, but now it is struggling significantly. Despite having 12GB VRAM, 48GB RAM, and 4TB of free HDD storage, generating just a single scene and a 15-second video takes 15 minutes; meanwhile, RAM usage is hitting 47.5GB out of 48GB. I have selected profiles 4 and 4.5, and both are yielding the same result.
