Trying to install llama.cpp

What have you tried?

Using the recommended instruction, but it says it's not recognized (in CMD).

Your system (OS / GPU / RAM / VRAM / etc.)

Windows 11 Pro
RTX 4060 ti 16gb + RTX 2060 6gb
64gb DDR5 RAM
