Frame Rate Selection?

What are you trying to do?
Change Frame Rate to 24 or 30.

What have you tried?
Looked through menus

Your system (OS / GPU / RAM / VRAM / etc.)
Windows 11 Pro
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 (24 GB)
128GB
