Heartmorrow is now available on Pinokio!

Heartmorrow now has an official Pinokio launcher, giving you a much easier way to install, run, update, and repair the game without manually cloning repositories or configuring Node.js and pnpm.

Heartmorrow is a local-first, AI-powered dating and world simulator. Create a world, populate it with characters, build relationships, exchange messages, go on dates, and watch the lives around you continue to unfold.

The Pinokio launcher automatically:

• Downloads Heartmorrow from its official source repository
• Installs a private Node.js runtime and the required dependencies
• Starts the API server and browser interface locally
• Provides simple Update, Repair, and Reset options
• Keeps your saves and uploaded artwork separate from the downloaded source

Heartmorrow does not bundle or force a particular language model. You can connect it to Ollama, LM Studio, KoboldCpp, Anthropic, or another OpenAI-compatible provider from the in-game settings. You can explore the interface and world editor without one, but conversations and simulation require a configured model.

To get started, install Heartmorrow through Pinokio, select Install, followed by Start and finally Open Heartmorrow.

The launcher is fully open source and available on GitHub. If you try it, consider submitting a Pinokio check-in so other players can see which systems have been confirmed to work.
