MiniMax H3 Studio

MiniMax H3 Studio — not another Comfy graph. A real editor in front of H3.

This is a new app, not a reskin of the last MiniMax H3 + ComfyUI launcher.

The old one was: install Comfy, open a workflow, hunt nodes, wire models, fight templates. Fine if you already live in Comfy. Brutal if you just want a trailer, a music video, or a short film.

H3 Studio is built for people who get lost in ComfyUI and spaghetti workflows. Comfy still runs in the background — that’s the engine. The product is a simple front end: Director, Plan, cinema studio, queue, gallery. You don’t assemble a pipeline. You make the film.

NVIDIA GPU.

What’s different from the last H3 launcher
Comfy is the backend, not the UI. Start opens H3 Studio. You prompt, queue, continue, and watch. Comfy stays available if you want the graph — you don’t need it to work.

Director writes the film with you. Chat in TR or EN. It interviews for purpose/style/length, then hands you a shot list with H3-ready prompts. Plan mode lets you edit shots on a board before anything hits the GPU.

Cinema studio is the long-form editor. Characters and locations with stills. Film-setup presets (feature, documentary, music video, noir…) fill camera, palette, lighting, era, purpose, style. Shot cards: New video or Continue (last frame → next clip). One score under the whole film — dialogue stays, H3 doesn’t invent a new song every shot.

Production tools that Comfy templates don’t give you. Batch queue, continue-from-last-frame, gallery archive, LoRA picker, TR/EN UI, VRAM free after the queue. Ready looks instead of 40 disconnected nodes.

Settings are chips: mode, duration, aspect, quality, LoRA, fast preset. Comfy still runs underneath — you never have to open the graph to change a sampler.

Gallery: Every finished clip lands here. Play, continue, or delete — delete removes the files, not just the card.

Who it’s for

If ComfyUI feels like homework — this is the point. If you already love nodes, Open ComfyUI is still there. Studio doesn’t replace Comfy; it sits in front of it so you can make long-form video without becoming a graph engineer.

Timing (this machine, not a promise)
On our PC, one clip at 736p · 8 s · 16:9 · 20 steps takes about 35–40 minutes. Faster with Fast preset / Turbo LoRA / shorter duration; slower at 1080p or 15 s. Your GPU will differ.

On our PC (RTX 5066Tİ / 16GB), one clip at 736p · 8 s · 16:9 · 20 steps takes about 35–40 minutes.
