Phosphene 4.10.6 - Browse CivitAI search works again

Small fix release.

If you typed a word into Browse CivitAI and got nothing back - on every engine - that was not you. CivitAI's text search ignores the engine filter the panel sends with it and answers an empty page. 4.10.6 asks CivitAI without that filter, nudges the search with your engine's own word, and keeps only the LoRAs for your engine. "turbo" on Hailuo H3 now lists the Turbo LoRAs; "anime" on Video lists LTX and H3 styles.

Also in this release:

• the occasional "HTTP error 503" from CivitAI is retried a few times instead of ending the search, and the message says what to do
• the search bar looks like a search bar: a magnifier, "Search CivitAI - a name, a style, a creator... then Enter", and a Search button
• the empty-result hint says what to try
