Cant get cuda and cudnn to install the last file.

What are you trying to do?
Trying to finish the install of Cuda and cudnn. the last update of 14 won't installl

What have you tried?
I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have deleted bin and cache and re-updated.

Your system (OS / GPU / RAM / VRAM / etc.)
WIN 32 RAM i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 8 Vram.
