Moving model files into it's local directory

What happened?
Don't know when it actually does it or what triggers it - but this app pulls all of my model files into it's local folder - it's caused days of headaches and just caught it with most of my checkpoints in his local folder again. Not a junction, not a symlink, not copies, moved files.
