Endless Installation Loop ---- ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(1017)

ERROR conda.core.link:_execute(1017): An error occurred while installing package 'conda-forge::gdk-pixbuf-2.44.8-h1f5b9c4_2'.

Gets Stuck in a Loop of attempting different Dependency versions and keeps throwing the same error everytime; redownloads, reinstalls, tries to verify, and fails, then downgrades, upgrades, or removes dependency to fix but keeps failing repeatedly.
