SlashRoyale

A self-hosted Clash Royale private server with a web admin panel, packaged as a one-click Pinokio launcher. Built on HashRoyale (itself a fork of ZrdRoyale).

What you get

  • One-click server stack — MariaDB, main game server and battle server start together from the panel
  • Live logs — every process streamed in real time, including player activity events (register / login / disconnect)
  • CSV editor — tweak card stats and client data, written straight into your next APK build
  • Database browser — tables, paginated rows, and an SQL console
  • Player manager — rename, set level / trophies / gold / gems, unlock or max cards, admin/ban
  • APK builder — patches the RetroRoyale base client to point at your server, bakes in your card-data edits, and re-signs it

Get started

  1. Install — fetches the .NET 8 SDK, OpenJDK and a portable MariaDB automatically
  2. Start — open the panel and hit Start server (database + schema are created for you)
  3. Build an APK — the builder downloads the base client (~90 MB) if it's missing, then install the APK on your device and play.
  4. Custimize — open the CSV editor and play with card stats using characters and spells_characters - edit anything.

Note: the RetroRoyale-era client ships 32-bit native libraries only, so it needs an Android ≤ 15 device (or a 32-bit-capable one, such as an emulator).
