Phosphene 4.19.8 is out

• Model licence screens: accept once per Mac, and again only if the licence changes.
• New H3 installs need licence acceptance in the panel first. The licence does not cover the European Union, the United Kingdom, South Korea or the United States.
• H3 Turbo now comes from the original LightX2V repository on Hugging Face. It works as before; if you already have it, nothing to do.
• The "Restart Phosphene" pill clears after restart. Thanks to @Morac2 and @blackest.
• A keyboard-shortcut label no longer shows an internal ID.
• New Hailuo H3, Music Studio and Install & Update guides are in the panel's Docs tab and on phosphene.video.

Press Update in Pinokio, then restart Phosphene.
