I'm experiencing a multi-face swapping issue when two faces in the target image are extremely close together.
Both faces are detected separately and displayed correctly in the Target Faces Gallery. However, only the leftmost face is affected by the swap, and the result can be a half-and-half blend of two different source faces. The rightmost face remains unchanged.
I've narrowed it down to the following:
- The issue occurs only when the target faces are very close together. Multiple face swapping works correctly when they are farther apart.
- Selected Face mode is automatically selected after clicking “Use Face From This Frame”. Changing the face order, removing a face from the gallery, or using “Move Left/Right” in the Target Faces Gallery makes no difference.
- Using only one input face produces a clean swap on the leftmost target face, without the blending issue.
- In the manual Edit Mask tool, Source 1 masks the left face correctly, but Source 0 produces an incorrect diagonal mask covering parts of both faces.
- When the "Show mask overlay in preview" is selected, the mask overlay highlights only the leftmost face, despite both faces appearing separately in the Target Faces Gallery.
The same image and source faces work correctly in SUP3RMASS1VE's Roop Unleashed fork, even when the faces are extremely close together.
Could this be a bug in mask generation, coordinate mapping, or face-to-source assignment when adjacent faces are close together? Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated.
Thanks!
