I ran into the same issue today and located the relevant file in "./ckpts/viggle_animate" . Issue was resolved after I moved that file into "./ckpts" .
If "Viggle-Animate-pruned_rank8_int8_convrot.safetensors" does not exist in the folder mentioned above try downloading it directly from https://huggingface.co/DeepBeepMeep/MiniMax-H3/tree/main directly into folder the ckpts
