Using localhost instead of pinokio url

the pinokio ui tunnel http://127.0.0.1:42003
isn't being used. ReClip uses http://localhost:8899/

Other than that it works very well.

Up to 10 files, 25MB each. Images are optimized; GIFs -> MP4; videos 720p (max 120s).
