No longer seems to run after install (Win 11)

Trying to install after a reinstall on Pinikio, it runs but errors when performing action.
Terminal shows missing files. Seems like the installer is not getting everything it needs downloaded and installed.

I have gone through the list of missing files and downloaded and put the files where it says they are missing , no joy.

RTX3060TI
32 GB RAN
12GB VRam

Real shame as it was working a treat before the Pinikio complete removal and reinstall.
