Video Face Swap

Can someone explain the best process for face swapping in a video with a reference image?

What have you tried?
I have tried Edit > Recast. The preview shows the mask selecting the entire character in the video, however the entire body is replaced by the face reference image when generating. I'm not sure if this is a prompt issue or I'm using the wrong mode.
