Phosphene 4.0.4 - the live preview moves to the main stage

The point of a live preview is watching your take form. So it stopped being a postage stamp:

• While a render runs, the MAIN PLAYER shows the forming take full-size - a LIVE badge, step and ETA, and Stop early right there. Before the picture means anything you get a calm "Finding the shot" state instead of noise.
• If you are watching a finished clip, the stage stays yours - a small LIVE chip brings you back to the render when you want it.
• When the render finishes, the preview cross-fades into the final video. No empty-player flash.
• Vertical renders preview in their true shape instead of being cropped to a landscape strip.

Also in 4.0.4:

• The NSFW option now follows the Settings switch exactly, on both engines: enabled = visible, disabled = gone everywhere.
• Hailuo draft renders use the lightx2v v1.0 768p Turbo adapter - the best of the current crop by community testing (thanks core_tan). HONEST NOTE: if you installed the older Turbo adapter, draft-Turbo may report the adapter missing until the new file is published as a download in the next point release - full-quality Hailuo and everything LTX are unaffected.
