Phosphene 4.9.3 - bug fixes from a full review
Just bug fixes, from a full review of the fast 4.9.x releases. Update from the Pinokio sidebar - no new downloads.
If you skipped 4.9.0-4.9.2: 4.9.0 reorganized the code (nothing visible changed), 4.9.1 fixed the buttons that reorganization broke, 4.9.2 fixed interrupted image-model downloads and a training crash.
What you'll notice in 4.9.3
- Storyboard works on Macs that cap at 768 (24 GB). Films are planned at a size your Mac can deliver, Render is live from the first click, the Quality section is visible at Pinokio's window width, and dropdowns stop flickering shut.
- Renaming a character works again.
- A freshly trained character clicked "Use in video" now actually rides on the render.
- Image Studio tells 8 GB and 24 GB Macs up front which engines fit ("needs a 32 GB Mac") instead of refusing at the last second.
- High quality / Keyframes / Extend without the Q8 pack point you to Settings -> Models.
- Image mode with no image is stopped at the button.
- Update now builds the half-memory H3 engine on older installs (thanks @blackest).
- The memory readout in the header no longer gets clipped in narrower windows.
