You are right about it starting when no network is found. But if you set up your firewall to allow local net only. The app finds a network and tries to contact cdnj.cloudflare.com. it stalls when this dient succeed.
. i suppose you are on Windows and unable to do this, but ude grep on linux and you will see s lot of internet references in the env folder files.
I really think it is a good deed to make ai available to ordinary people so you are absolutely commended for that. But we all have to be very vigilant: the purpose of ai is to make you the product.
