Stop the app and start it again. The port was already in use. Only one app can start at a port. If 2 apps for some reason try to start on the same port the second app will fail.
If restarting wan2gp doesn't help, restart pinokio and only start wan2gp.

I also don't recommend to use the Save Disk Space button in apps anymore. It can cause conflicts. If you want to save space use the Disk Saver button at the bottom of the left side menu. Or use the global Disk Saver button on the left side menu of the main page of pinokio.
Your wan2gp looks outdated too. It still uses python 3.10 Newer version use python 3.11. Also lots of new models were added since that time.
You should update wan2gp if you haven't update it in a while.
