Hi, and thanks for all your work on Maestro.
I've been holding off on updating because I read in the comments that several users with limited VRAM (around 12 GB) ran into serious slowdowns, with ETAs jumping from ~10 minutes to hours, and Director mode getting stuck on "calibrating ETA" for long videos.
Could you let me know if these issues have been fixed in v2.6.0 or later? In particular:
- The performance regression on lower-VRAM / 32 GB RAM setups
- The "calibrating ETA" freeze in Director mode
- The Wan2GP 17 memory manager port you mentioned
Also, is it safe to update an existing install, or would you recommend a clean install?
Thanks a lot!
