Anyone got this working fast on Windows? Just to be clear, it DOES install fine but when i try to run it, it is very slow. I asked my agent and it said it's because the launcher only does torch.compile on linux (so the fix might just involve turning on the flag for torch compile on both linux and windows), but wanted to know if any other Windows users have this problem
