Hard to tell what went wrong here. Maybe corrupted cache. You can try deleting the folder C:\pinokio\cache, restarting pinokio and try to install Video Crafter 2 again.
But with your system you can use wan2gp or Maestro. Both apps can generate videos with the newest and best models. You will get longer and better videos than with Video Crafter 2.
