Update removes the test suite and internal maintainer notes from your Phosphene folder. Your models, outputs, settings and queue are not touched. Maintainers still run every test before each release.
Manual install instructions are in docs/MANUAL_INSTALL.md. Hailuo H3's own LoRA library notes moved to the LoRAs guide in the panel's Docs tab and at https://phosphene.video/docs/loras/.
Groundwork for the native Mac app, coming soon and free. The panel can now run inside it with the app's own menus and update flow. Nothing changes for Pinokio users.
Press Update in Pinokio, then restart Phosphene.
