Phosphene 4.19.10 + 4.19.11 - H3 High about 2.3x faster, lighter on smaller Macs

4.19.11 - LightX2V on Mac

H3 Best at High is about 2.3x faster. A 5-second clip on an M4 Max 64 GB took about 35 minutes; now it takes about 15.
Free for everyone. Choose H3, then High, then "Get it (1.4 GB)" under Speed.
H3 Fast and Turbo are fixed, with sharper mouths.
Live previews arrive earlier.
Clips play and seek in Safari and the Mac app.
The memory reading is back, and the logo turns during renders.

Every clip in this post: Hailuo H3 at High on 4.19.11, 5 seconds from a still image, about 15 minutes each on an M4 Max.

Hailuo H3's licence excludes the EU, UK, South Korea and US.

4.19.10 - Better memory use on smaller Macs

On Macs with 16 GB or less, Auto uses a lighter image engine when needed for images without references. Settings stay the same.
Reference images keep your chosen engine, with clearer guidance if it cannot fit.
Fewer wrong "not enough free memory" messages for images.
Video uses less memory on Macs with 24 GB or less, with exactly the same results.
Long clips turn into frames in smaller pieces when needed. Nothing to set.
