Video - (image + Prompt)

Hello guys!, Has anyone else had the issue where you try to generate a video using a reference image for the character and a prompt (Video- (Image + Prompt)), but it never maintains the character's appearance? It always creates videos with completely different characters that look nothing like the reference. Any solution, steps or tutorial?

My system:
MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2 / M5Pro / 24GB / Pinokio 8.0.40 / Phosphene 4.9.2
