I don't know the app, but if it is a gated model you first have to visit the model page and apply there. Once they accept you (often immediately) you will have access to it.
But you also need to connect your app with your huggingface account so huggingface knows that it's you and that you do have access to that model.
Luckily pinokio has a function to connect it with huggingface. And if you do that, all apps you have or install will be authenticated automatically. This also increases the model download speed.
After you were granted to access the model on huggingface go to the main page of pinokio and click Login on the left side menu.
Click Hugginface and follow the brief description to connect Pinokio with huggingface.
After that you should be able to download the model in this app.
