Today I tried a lot of things to replicate your message.
1 person on start image, 1 person on reference video = works
2 persons on start image, 1 person on reference video= works
2 persons on start image, 2 persons on reference video = works
1 person on start image, 2 persons on reference video = works (but causes duplicate persons on the generated video)
But I did notice some start images causes this error:
ValueError: SCAIL-2 could not extract the image reference mask. Check Image Ref Keyword content.
However, without more information which settings you used, I can't help. If you send a screenshot of your whole window so I can try to replicate it with your generation settings I'll try.
To fix your problem, update wan2gp to the latest version and try different reference images.
What you get is by the way only an information and shouldn't harm your generation. If it does, let me know please.
