Oh, it's not my app. @blizaine wrote it. I only tried to help. But yeah, maybe he can fix it in the future. 🤞

@mikenltrying to load another module for generating images as flux2 is the worst with humans all misvormed bodyparts, im trying to use others like flux1.schnell.12B but maestro/director wont used it, dont know what the problem is here (also Flux 2 Dev NVFP4 32B not working)(4B and 9B only make misvormd humand body parts or wo
Flux is a great model. Especially for people.

However, if you want to use a Flux 1 model which is especially designed for generating images and not also Image editing like the Flux2-klein Model, you can activate it.
- Click the dropdown menu of Flux-klein
- Click Enable more Models
- Check the model(s) you want to add or download it directly from there

After the model was downloaded it's still greyed out until you restart Maestro. But you can already use it.

That's a problem of the app, not the installer. I reported it on their github repo.
If you want to fix it for yourself in the meantime, you need to download the llama.cpp version for AMD manually from here:
https://github.com/ggml-org/llama.cpp/releases/download/b9668/llama-b9668-bin-win-hip-radeon-x64.zip
Extract the zip into the folder E:\Pinokio\api\uncensored-local-studio.pinokio.git\app\llm-backend\win\hip
If the hip folder doesn't exist yet, create it in the first place.
After that start the app. If everything worked it should be able to use llama.cpp for AMD now.

Hmm, the repository exists. I even cloned the repo with exactly your clone command in the error which works too.

Could be that you require a VPN to be able to access it. But in this case also the other clone commands should have failed.
Let's try something:
- Click the Menu icon of Pixal-3D on the main page of pinokio
- One the right side menu click Open dev mode
- In the next window at the bottom click CMD - Python Shell
- In the terminal that appears execute the following 2 commands:
cd comfyui\custom_nodesgit clonehttps://github.com/Saganaki22/Pixal3D-ComfyUIPixal3D-ComfyUI- If that worked, stop the terminal and click the install button of Pixal-3D again. This step should be skipped now.

Your installation failed at some point. But to tell why and how to fix it, I would need your install logs. The ones you posted are the start logs.
Please reset Trellis and install it again.
If it still doesn't work:
- Click the Get Help button in Trellis
- Select the install.js session at the top right
- Click the Copy button right above
- Paste it in your reply

But Trellis is an old app and might be broke.
For 3D I can recommend Hunyuan3D-2-lowVRAM
I've seen this message in some other apps as well. Despite that, they are working.
Please start LoRA Dataset Studio and copy / paste the full terminal output.
One thing I found while wrapping my head around that project is, that it requires Comfyui and / or AI-Toolkit. So if you haven't installed any of that yet in pinokio and point the project to them in the settings, it couldn't work.

cumesh gets installed during the installation of Trellis 2 which failed for you for some reason. I would need your install logs to figure out why.
But you only have 12GB VRAM. Trellis works more or less with 16GB VRAM. But only fast on 24GB VRAM.
Please try Hunyuan3D-2-lowvram instead. It's also really good and still works with 8GB VRAM.

Thanks for the detailed guide. Yes, running as admin is also an option since it could be a permission problem.
Long Paths is enabled by default. It gets enabled during the first installation of an app together with the requirements pinokio installs for all apps. It's the very first step. 🙂
I'm glad you could sort it out.
- Click the menu button of roop on the main page of pinokio
- On the right side menu click Open dev mode
- At the bottom click Bash - Conda Shell
- In the terminal that appears execute this command:
pip install filelock fsspec jinja2 networkx typing-extensions- If the installation worked, stop the terminal and try to start roop
Please keep me posted.
Hmm, from what I've found they are still available, but still too expensive. They also don't support much games yet.
Pinokio would run on it. We have a few people using DGX Spark which works as well.
Since the architecture is Blackwell, the same like RTX 50 series, it is also compatible with most apps since blackwell is widely supported in the meantime.
The problem comes with arm64. And I have no clue why they decided to go that way again. The main library for AI apps, torch, is not the problem. It's available for arm64 as well. But not all dependencies are compiled for arm64. Most installer don't have extra installation steps to install arm64 wheels from custom sources to make the app work on arm64 devices.
Though you should find several apps that don't even need this step.
if you go that way and by the new RTX spark and meet any problems with my apps or those hosted on pinokiofactory, just hit me up and I can see if there's a way to make it work on your system.
All your model downloads are blocked.
Please use a VPN and set your location to Europe or USA and try to install the app again.
If you can't do it, create the folder C:\pinokio\api\triposplat.pinokio.git\app\ckpts if not already present.
Download all models from this repo:
https://huggingface.co/VAST-AI/TripoSplat/tree/main
into the ckpts folder while maintaining the folder structure on the huggingface repo.
This means you have to create 4 folders in your ckpts folder called background_removal, clip_vision, diffusion_models and vae.
Then download the models into the right folders like you see it on that huggingface repo.
After that you should be able to start and use the app.
Let me know if that works or if you need help.
@blisterroop-unleashed-wip, for Mac no longer working when I updated to the latest OS 27.0.1 Golden Gate. MacOS 27 requires python 3.11 when scipy is installed.
On python 3.10 the last supported scipy version is scipy 1.15.1 which is not compatible with MacOS 27
Open the file ./pinokio/api/roop-unleashed-wip.git/install.js with a text editor.
- On line 88 set the python version to 3.11
python=3.11 - Save that file and run the installation again.
- Let me know if that works for you please.
